Why did Bamboo Band split up?

Pinoy rock band Bamboo has decided to split up after 8 successful years.KC Montero was the first to spread the news on Twitter this morning when he posted: "just announced by Kat on the show...Bamboo has officially split."He was referring to his radio show "The KC Show with Kat" on Wave 89.1 FM and his co-host Kat Alano was the one who broke the sad news to their listeners."They are all quitting.
