Justin Bieber is sporting a new haircut again after we saw him in a new look during the Grammys 2011 last Feb. 13 and at the NBA All-Star Celebrity Challenge last Friday.About 7 hours ago, Justin Bieber posted this on Twitter: "thinking about getting a haircut....hmmmmmm".And after 3 hours, he tweeted again, "yeah so it's true...i got a lil haircut...i like it...and we are giving all the hair cut
