Bagel with Cream Cheese Calories

A bagel is a favorite food of children as well as adults. Bagel is a hand-sized, ring shaped bread made from wheat dough and yeast. Bagels are kept aside for at least 12 hours at low temperature (40-50 °F = 4.5-10 °C). This is called proofing. Then they are boiled in water for a short while. Some additives like lye, baking soda, barley malt syrup, or honey are usually added to that water.
