Japan was hit by another earthquake on Thursday, April 7, 2011, at 11:32 PM.The Japan Meteorological Agency measured the new earthquake 7.4 magnitude but the U.S. Geological Survey downgraded it to 7.1.The April 7 earthquake's epicenter was near the east coast of Honshu, Japan, the same location as the 9.0 magnitude quake last March 11, 2011.The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center issued a tsunami
