Writer/director John Luessenhop (Takers) is currently in negotiations to give The Texas Chainsaw Massacre franchise a 3D facelift. Per THR, the project is currently eyeing a June production start and is a joint undertaking between Lionsgate and Nu Image with Carl Mazzocone (former Twisted Pictures production president) producing.
