Anybody with July 19th receipt date got their Check encashed? How about Receipt Notice? EB-3 India.

We're both from Russia, and a friend of mine got his GC in about of 1.5 years, he is from Russia too.
My PERM process took about 10 month and my I-140 has not been filed yet, when you say "the expense of redoing PERM", how much it would cost the company?

Pehaps all that your lawyer cares for is your fees. The answer to your question is 'No' you cannot use your experience gained with your current employers, ofcourse if the petitioner is your current employer.

I had two years worth of work experience in my current company when my application was filed with the department of labor.
My lawyer said that I can use experience gained in my current job prior to my labor being filed. Is this correct or is he giving me the short end of the stick ? I would appreciate any help you can provide me.

All that matters for the french is your stamping, if your passport stamping is valid(even if you are not on that visa anymore), you dont need. If your stamping expired, you need a transit visa, and you need to go in person for the french transit visa, which is not needed for german and british transit visa.

One of my friend who applied for an EAD renewal got it approved. But it went back to USCIS as undeliverable by post office. So he calls USCIS and opens an SR, and the rep says that his PR card application has been approved and will be remailed to him. Which means, they initially sent the GC instead of EAD. Can this happen? His PD is not current, he is from india with a PD of 2004.
Also, after he opened an SR for this, he received a notice from USCIS via postal mail that an SR was created and that they are remailing the PR card and if he does not receive it within 60 days, he needs to call them.
I told him that they are mistaking PR card for an EAD card and its the EAD card thats coming back to him. Anyone here had such an experience?? And defenitely my friend is just not excited too as he knows USCIS does not even know to put the correct card name in the notice.

Hi,
U can save the pdf files as u save ur word docs or floppy symbol to the left side on the top bar as u know .But cannot edit the pdf files unless and until u have pdf writer in ur system.

I guess original poster is asking about saving forms after filling it up. You can save the form but the data that you filled up will not be saved. If someone is actually able to save the form along with the data, I'll be interested too to know how.

I need your opinion. I came to USA in May 2005 and my H1-B is going to expire in Feb 2008, as per I-94 card as well as stamping of the H1-B visa. Thanks to USCIS ;) for opening the gates in July 2007, I had applied for I-140, I-485, I-131 & I-765, based on my approved EB-3 labor with PD 02/2007. While my I-140 and I-485 are pending, my EAD & AP were approved and received by me. My existing H1-B is expiring in Feb 2008 and my employer company has not taken any steps to renew. The Legal Assistant replied me cooly that why I cannot use EAD. I had been taken aback by her answer.
I have planned to talk to the top management of the company, but before talking to them I want to take all your opinion. Is it adviseable to use EAD in my situation? I have 3-yrs degree qualification and have been anxiously waiting for clearance of I-140.
I look forward for your advice,

Working in H1B has its own advantage.I am unsure if u are married.If not as discussed in one of the threads u might have to marry a GORI if u r not in H1B ,with the current scenerio.
If i were u i would try my best to renew the visa especially because of the fact the 140 is still pending.If there is no other way then i ll start using EAD and also keep trying options back home till 140 is approved.

Hi, I wouldn't bank on what officer says as it is not binding. You need valid AP to enter US and there should be no confusion about it.
You should take Employment verification letter and latest stubs although it is not 'required'. I believe your July 20th paystub should be sufficient but if you have access to your latest electronic paystubs(ADP website) it is not a bad idea to print them out. Otherwise don 't bother.

you can go to any consulate in india to get you visa stamped, regarding PIMS verification no idea in india if you can verify before you go for stamping.
